These steps will help you to install Windows 7 operating system in an easier way.
1. Restart your computer and keep pressing F2 or Del on your keyboard to enter BIOS setup.
2. Go to Boot Menu using the arrow keys.
3. Select CD/DVD category for Boot Device Priority (it depends on the device used).
4. Press F10 to save the configuration and Exit Bios.
5. The computer will then restart, insert your Windows 7 DVD to the driver then restart again the computer.
6. As you can see, windows 7 is loading files.Select the Language, Time and Currency format and Keyboard or Input method. Click Next.
7. A new window will open. Select the operating system you want to install. Click Next.
8. Check the term agreement and Click Next.
9. Select custom type of installation if you are performing clean installation.
10. Choose the partition for installation. Partition the disk into if you want 2 drives, C and D. Just use the Drive options. Usually, OS will reside at drive C. Then Click Next.
11. Installation starts. Wait until it is done. The computer will then restart.
12. Type the username accounts and the computer name. Click Next.
13. Type your username and password. Click Next.
14. Enter the Windows product key, usually it resides in CD case, for license. Be careful in typing the product key to avoid problems later. Click Next.
15. Select Use Recommended Settings to help protect your computer.
16. Set the Time Zone, Date and Time.Click Next.
17. Select network Settings. Click Home Network if using Internet at Home.
18. Then, enjoy. You have just done clean installation of Windows 7.
